The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. We upgraded our room, but it was just an average room. The towels were rough and our water didn't get very hot. The quality that you get doesn't match the expensive price, which is unfortunate. FYI, there is an extra charge if you use credit card to pay for your stay
